erving the needs of the body of Christ is a ministry ordained by God. Our Deacons are committed to serve the family of King Solomon in many different capacities. This includes, but is not limited to, ministering in the areas of teaching, devotional, counseling, baptisms, wedding ceremonies, funerals, etc.).

Among their many duties, they strongly support the Pastor, as well as Ministerial Staff, and other Ministry Leaders. In order to be effective in any of these areas Deacons and Helpers must be spiritually prepared. This can only come by studying, as well as living the word of God. Our Deacon study program teaches the biblical foundation for servanthood and reinforces other biblical studies conducted by other KSBC Bible study programs. As in all KSBC ministries, the Pastor functions as the primary spiritual counsel and leader.

King Solomon Baptist Church also has Deacon Helpers (Deacons in training) in-place. These men operate under the guidance of an Ordained Deacon, in every servanthood capacity as described above.
